Lake Erie Connector Commitments Tracking Tables
As of January 2024, NextEra Energy Transmission is the developer on the Lake Erie Connector Project. The commitments documents were originally made in the name of ITC, the project's former owner/developer. NextEra Energy Transmission posts the original documents as required by the applicable permits and stands behind the commitments as the project’s new owner.
