State Regulatory Applications and Docket Numbers

NextEra Energy Transmission MidAtlantic submitted applications for a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity (CPCN) for the construction of the MidAtlantic Resiliency Link Project for the respective portions in West Virginia, Maryland and Virginia. NextEra Energy Transmission MidAtlantic also filed a Certificate of Public Convenience application and a Siting Application in Pennsylvania.
